Tail lights won't go off....AC blows my fuses

The tail lights on my '92 Tercel won't go off, even when the car is turned off. I had to pull the stop light fuse just to save my battery. Can anyone please send me a wiring diagram so I can find the short or if anybody can tell me how to do it I will gladly listen. Also when the AC is active it will sometimes cause the entire car to shut off but then after the fuse is replaced the car will crank again. It's starting to get hot and I need my AC!! I don't have the money to spend at a dealership. Can somebody please help me?
