Parts needed/ parts for sale
I am looking for a factory stereo for a Caprice 9c1 with a cassette player and equalizer built in. Woodgrain finish. I believe these came standard in a 1988 9c1. The unit I am looking for includes the heater controls and face plate all in one piece. I have parts for sale. Mainly trim pieces...hood ornaments, the plastic strip that goes across the hood at the windshield. I have other parts all for 88, 89, or 90 Caprice.

Re: Parts needed/ parts for sale
I know this is all I ever suggest, but try junk yards, or eBay. Around here in New York, most of the Caprices in junk yards have the casset player with equalizer built in, about half of them having the wood grain. The rest just have the standard digital radios some w/ and some w/ the equalizer, and some like my car had before I got my Alpine which was the old style analog radio.
I really do think you'd have some luck searching In a junk yard, and if not let me know, and I'll see if I canb get a working one for you, and I'll send it to you as long as you pay the shipping (and how much it costs to get) Good Luck
