New AC compressor? Please?

Does anyone out there in FL or anywhere, know where you can buy a nice priced brand new A/C compressor? I see brand new ones on ebay for 200-300 which is ok I guess. The dealer wants nearly 500 yea right. The ones on ebay are ONLY for 94+ civics. Anyone I call says "Nah I have new ones for 94+, but can I interest you in a remanufactured one for 129.99 with 1 year warante?" I really dont know if I should trust a rebuild as on my explorer I went through 4. Ehh I dunno.... I'm stuck! and its HOT IN FLORIDA!!!!!

Is you question will a 94+ plus Civic (or did you mea Integra) fit you 92? Yes, they are the same hello 92-95, hell 92-00 will fit.

ur gona get raped on ac compressors any way u go. u can go cheap and replace it in a couple years or go expensive and keep it for longer. if u have a minor leak on ur compresor u might be able to get away with it and just refilling ur ac like every year.

94+ civics have DIFFERENT compressors! In 94 they changed to R134 system. I have that type of freon already but the connecters on the lines changed as well in 94. So if I bought a 94+ civic compressor for my CIVIC, it wouldnt fit my lines. I'm screwed. And my compressor went out bad... it leaks it AS SOON AS YOU PUT IN NEW STUFF. you hear it escaping just as fast as its going in. It rains alot in FL WHILE its hot! I'm so screwed.FOGGY WINDSHIELD! . O well.. rebuild it is... Thanks guys.
