starter troubles

i have a 85 bronco ll and i had to replace the flywheel and when i put everything back together after about 5 days or so the truck wount start, the starter just wines but the starters fine becouse i had it tested and this has been happing for a few weeks now i have no idea what it could be can someone plzzz help!

When someone tested the starter did they test the Solenoid too? The Solenoid pushes the starter forward into the flywheel. If they didn't check that you should take it back off and check it.
