95 Cutlass Supreme electrical/starting problems

My 95 cutlass supreme won’t start until I wiggle the gear shifter. If it is hard to the left in the park position it won’t start, but if I pull back slightly I hear a clicking sound and then it will start. My first thought was park safety switch, so I replaced that (small switch located on top of the steering column that is pressed in when the shifter handle is in park) but that made no difference.

What else should I look for? The clicking sound seems to be in the middle of the dash, behind the radio, and clicks when I have the key ON and have the brake pushed, and wiggle the shifter in the Park position. Is there another safety switch somewhere? Any other ideas? Thanks for the help, I’m lost on this one.

Where is the park/neutral position switch???

Does anyone know where the park/neutral position switch is located? I've decided that the switch on the steering column that I replaced is not the right switch. After looking at a wiring diagram I found the relay that is being energized when the shifter handle is in the correct position. The theft deterent system and park/neutral switch both run into this relay. However, I cannot seem to trace the wire out of the relay to the switch, it runs into a huge loom and after a couple hours of standing on my head I can't seem to find it.

The relay is energized when the shifter is either in park or neutral, but the small switch on the steering column that I replaced is only depressed when in park. Is the park/neutral switch tied into the transmission somewhere??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
