stumbling engine at idle speeds

I have noticed after I start my 02 Envoy up and back out then shift into drive it has a hesitation /stumblin engine for a split second. Also it may do it when sitting at a stop light. though after warmed up it seems not to noticably do it. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?? It has 57,000 miles so I am going to change the fuel filter. I got it will 28,000 miles so not sure if it has been changed. Any ideas?? Thanks!

My 2002 is doing the exact same thing. Usually after just starting in the am. Check engine light has been one too and repair code says its the heater on 02 sensor. Did you find out what was causing yours yet?
