What's The Deal With RE??

When any of you guys ordered stuff from them did you receive good customer service? I ordered subs over a week ago now and they haven't arrived...I ordered over the phone, the guy at RE didn't ask me what voice coil configuration, my email address(I had to remind him and he said RE would email a tracking number), and said "The subs leave the warehouse in 1-3 days and take 3-5 to ship so like a week total"...RE never sent me an email with a receipt or a tracking number so I have no idea when they're going to be shipped. I emailed their sales department twice but never got a responce.....

Re: What's The Deal With RE??

the subs take a little while to ship, took something like 11 days for me, i live in northern virginia. and there may only be one possible VC configuration, depending on which model you got.

i got great customer service, didnt have to e-mail them so i dont know about that.

Re: What's The Deal With RE??

they come with standard voice coil configs, unless you're talking about an MT... which, I doubt. If you want a custom VC config, you have to ask for it...

Call them and ask them what's going on... they'll tell you...

Did RE take down any of your email addresses and send you order numbers and tracking numbers or is it just me?

Dave? The same dave that talks to potential customers like they are fucktards? Re has great products, I got an RE8 in the group buy to fiddle around with, but after watching Dave act like a complete asshole on every forum I've found him on, I have no desire to base any part of my system on anything he makes. That's what I think of Dave being a "cool guy".
