little bit of knocking and its not in my back seat this time

Alright here's the deal..... i was driving back from a gravel road and i peeled out like a mother lover alright. i have a stage 3 clutch grabs like a mo fo just put it in... ok got out the gravel roads after driving around and now i was in the interstate... drove down the interstate found out i didnt have gas... and now the car starts to put assuming out of gas. got off the interstate got to a hotel parked. listening to it again it wasnt a puttin kinda sound... sounds like i just lost a cylinder.... then i went back the next morning once i was sobered up............. well i went back next morning and i started up the car... only started if u gun it..... and i try to drive it back to my house... about 5 blocks away from the hotel.. i hard a hard screech and then a loud knocking and i shut off the car and park... now it just knocks as if my valves are messed up.... just wanting to see if anyone has ever heard of this knocking noise problems... its a 95 accord with an h22a setup........ people told me it was feul injectors, others say my valves need to be adjusted.... any ideas.....

oh one other thing.... its a jdm block... soo... i was wondering.... if the pistons are lined up the same as a usdm block... u kno 1 and 4 are syncronized so is 2 and 3.... cause on mine i just checked this morning.... heh.. none of them are lined....
