'97 Acura LS vs. '99 V6 Accord

Hey, I'm new here so forgive me for any noobiness but I have a 97 integra LS in very good (but not excellent) condition with 135k miles on it and i was wondering if i should sell it and buy a '99 v6 accord coupe. i was considering this because the accord has a v6, more HP, and is newer (and will probably have less mileage). im not heavy into modding or racing so i didnt think i really needed the integra. i also got it for a steal (4000) and was wondering what you guys thought. thanks.

how many miles on the accord, their transmissions aren't terribly good and its not much faster because of its weight.
