Monroe or Gabriel

I'm going to be replacing the struts on the ole Lumina. Wanted to see what people thought of the 2 diff brands. (Monroe or Gabriel)

Get the best of which ever one you decide. If replacing rear, and strut upper plastic (dust cover) and bumper inside is shot, you dont get new ones with Monroe, i had to special order a set at auto parts store

Little difference between the two. Both good OE type replacements. I vote KYB adjustable.

the least expensive line in Gabiel are J-U-N-K. Either buy the Monroe or Gabriel's better line (comparable to the Monroe Sensa-trac) so you don't have to do the job twice.

Izzat the AutoZone cheapos? I think Gabe makes their's.

that is correct Jeff, their good ones are called Ultra or something like that, avoid the cheapo store brand ones.
