slow acceleration
I've Done a search already nothing really that goes with what im going to ask... I Drove from san diego to big bear lake eg 110 miles freeway and about 30 miles up a mountain anyhoo im 8000 feet higher than what my car is used to be at could this cause my car to have a slow acceleration??

to a degree... any motor, no matter how powerful will always have less power at higher elevations.

I always get fucked up at the track, but well, im used to it, everybody is in my city.

yeah, the air up there is soo much different than the air your normally driving with... im not sure if its thicker, or thinner or what... but your car would def. react and run differently

the higher you go, the less dense the air becomes.

Even at a mere 4,300 feet, I was able to notice a difference in my car's big honkin' Chevy V6. I'm sure you'd notice it even more in a Civic with a stock motor.
