Question

Factory Alarm

We just got a Vue used with only 44k miles. Everything seems to be working great. Love our "new" SUV. Does anyone know how to program the keyless entry/alarm remotes? I have followed the owner's handbook instructions but haven't got to work. Also I have changed the batteries in the remotes. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks
