Electrical issue

My 98 Grand caravan was acting up last week. There was a rapid clicking noise coming from the fusebox under the dash. To make a long story short, I was looking for a "short". The actual problem was dirty battery terminals.

Ever since I cleaned the battery terminals, I haven't had any problems. Whats happening now is I have error codes flashing on my a/c buttons. The a/c button and the recirculate air button flash together regulary for about 10 minutes then they go solid (the a/c works fine) like they should be. But when I turn the van off and back on, the lights flash for another 10 minutes before going back to normal.

The a/c system was serviced 2 months ago by my mechanic. Nothing is wrong with the a/c.

Can you tell me how to reset the error codes?

Re: Electrical issue

Reprogramming the caravan flashing heater/ac panel:

Problem: The a/c and wiper functions will flash for 15 minutes each time the car is started, then go out and work normally.

Cause: Power disconnected 30+ minutes.

Reprogramming procedure: (buttons are on the AC/Heater unit)

1) Set BLOWER to HIGH
2) Set MODE to PANEL
3) Set TEMP to COLD
4) Press WASH and REAR WIPER together, hold to 5 seconds until a series of flashing lights. When done, the REAR WIPER should be the only one flashing.
5. Press REAR WIPER to EXIT
