Thumbs up I just wanna say thanks to all

I wanna thank all of you here on AF (Camaro Forum anyways) for all the help you guys have giving me. I started out with a problem and you all help me find the solution. My car is running better than i've ever imagined. I never had any idea it was supposed to sound the way it does now. I had a real bad exhaust leak near spark#7, the manifold bolt back there was so loose, you could unscrew with your finger (no joke). I came on here, to the forums, far before i bought the iroc, let alone signed up to start to chat with you all. Once i got the iroc, you all help me eaach problem i ran into, the MAF, fouled out plugs, o2 sensor, and then suggested the best headers i could get for my car, and the were a hell of a choice. The car runs better now, 100% more responsive (it that a word?) than before, pick up 3 times as fast, no bogging, smooth, balanced idle, no stinky exhaust leak anymore, just all around goodness, be able to actually put up a fight now that she running back to normal. I wanna thank 89 for all his help, he help me since day one. Formula LT1, Hypsi87, 92RS, 97CamaroRS, Cuda Dude, LT1MAN, Drvngstorm, Earlsfat, Korndogg, Geno, Wrightz28, 89camaroproject, both vipers, any one else that i can't remember off the top of my head right now, for great stories and idea for improving our cars and making destroy others in an orderly fashion. Thank You!!
(Would be nice MTV Award speech, huh??)

Re: I just wanna say thanks to all

Think about sub frame connectors?

Also for a couple of bux, I'd throw a 180 stat and t/b bypass at it. Get it a little cooler and by[assing the t/b stops (almost) that annoying power loss when things get warm.

energy suspension has a polyurathane bushing kit for your car. i put one on mine, its nice, and i also put on kyb gas a just shocks and kyb gr2 struts. then i got drop zone lowering springs, and its pretty stiff now. dosnt do much leaning through the turns its nice but not tooo luxurious, kinda a rough ride but handles like a dream.

Yeah, i gotta get a new thermo anyway, i don't think it's ever been changed, i'll pick up that tb bypass aswell, it is cheap. I'm gonna get the front end kit from p-s-t.com, some eibach springs, bilstein shocks and struts. Since i have the posi rear w/3.42 gears sitting out back, i'll beef that up, and i should be golden. Also how do you check to see what gear ratio you have? You count the teeth or something like that?

Re: I just wanna say thanks to all

i think thirdgen.org has a calculator where you can figure out your gear ratio.
