need help with evap cel diagnosis on 98 windstar
hi all
just received my bi-annual emisson retest notice and as luck would have it, my cel is on. its been on for some time with no driveability or gas economy concerns, but the van won't pass the e-test with a cel on. its a 98 3.8l and the code is P1451 - evaporative emmission control system vent control circuit. any help appreciated.
