Angry HUH i dont know whats going on Grrrrrrr....

ok i hope there is some one out there that has a clue as to why my truck is freaking out on me. all the suddon i went out to get in the truck(2001 Tahoe LT Autoride) and when i opened the door the alarm was on and it let me know it. well you as what is so wrong with that, well the doors didnt lock the night before and thats the first time that has happened. the remote or the switch none work, i can hear the relay for the door locks triggering but no locky locky.. and no unlocky. i have checked the door switches to the best of mine i am getting all the voltages i should but its not getting to th lock motor itself on any of the doors. all fuses are ok this just started a few days ago and i have no clue the alarm will arm and disarm but it wont lock or unlock the doors, and all 5 lock motors didnt just go out at one time.... oh and the air bag light is on now GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! to say the least..

Thanks guys

well i would think if it were the remote that th door switch would still work. th remote still arms the alarm but the doors wont lock and unlock. even from the door switch. like i said the relay clicks but no lock or unlock..
thanks for the reply

Merely what I am saying is that start with something simple. I had a similiar problem with my Hoe and change the battery in the remote and the locking and alarm was fixed, yet they both were affected differently when the battery was weak. Invest $2.00 and see what happens, what the hell.

thanks ,,,, well the alarm works with the remote and the door lock relay works with the remote and the door lock switch works the relay but the lock motors wont work they all stopped at the same time. and the remote batt is ok i just got a new one. i am at a loss. i have run all the wiring down well almost all of it. i am thinking the BCM is stopping the signal from getting to the door locks. will let you all know when i do track it down...
