FS: 1997 Ford Taurus LX - low mileage, $3100 OBO

White 1997 Ford Taurus LX. Grey Interior. Excellent condition, 54,700 miles. I have owned this car since March 2004, when I purchased it used from Lameroux Ford in West Brookfield. The fuel pump and brake lines have been replaced from age, and I put four new tires on it in November 2004. Gas and air filters replaced, transmission serviced, and sway bar linkages replaced today. (7/5/05) Oil changes every 3k miles and all necessary service performed. I have papers for maintenance, and Lameroux has records for the car's entire lifespan—all service has been performed by them. The car is in excellent mechanical condition. Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Exhaust, all in good shape.

The car has a few cosmetic flaws:

-There are two scratches on the right side although they don't draw attention.
-The lowest section of the front bumper is cracked
-The hub caps are scraped a bit (you could get 4 new ones for practically nothing, it just didn't bother me)
-The side view mirrors have a few minor scratches on them. (on the paint not the glass)
-There is a small section on the back of the trunk that is starting to bubble. This is an easy fix though because it is surrounded by trim so you could just sand and repaint the very small affected areas.

All of these were already on the car when I purchased it in March 2004, from the previous owner. Since I have owned it, the only incident has been a minor black scuff mark on the back of the car which happened while I was at school a few months ago. There is no dent or anything, I'm not sure what caused it.
