94 towncar starter

hello i have a 94 lincoln towncar and the starter died on it i have the replacement one but i cant get acess to the third bolt on the top of it the first one was easy and the second was tight but manageable but i cant see the third one i got a ratchet on it but there is no room to turn it at all with the ratchet or whench is there some special way i need to acces this bolt please let me know im getin tired of climbing under the car to hit the starter with a wrench when it wont start

The Service Manual is no help at all on this issue. It simply says "remove the bolts" Duh...

that covers the entire process, yet he dosn't offer any tips on removing that horid 3rd bolt.

mentions he used "enough extensions to get at the bolt from the other side of the suspension".....

I havn't tried this yet, so I can't offer direct experience, sorry.
