Unhappy 2000 bravada died and won't start

MY 2000 bravada has been doing great. no engine light came on at all...it just died on my and won't start now. any ideas?

mY WIFE'S 2000 bRAVADA ALSO DIED TODAY AND THE KEY WON'T COME OUT OF THE IGNITION. wHEN i HOOKED UP MY TRUCK TO JUMP THE bRAVADA, i COULD HEAR THE STARTER RELAY IN THE MODULE ON THE DRIVER'S FENDER CHATTER. ANY SIMILARITY TO YOUR PROBLEM?

If the engine hasn't seized, and cranks at a normal rate when turning the key then you usualy have one of two problems: no fuel to the engine or no spark.

GMs are notorius for failing fuel pumps. Get as close to the fuel tank as you can and have someone turn the key to the run position. You should be able to hear the fuel pump run for about 3 seconds when the key is turned on. It could also be a clogged fuel filter but you will usualy notice a loos in preformance before it clogs completly. Be careful when losening any fuel lines because if the pump is good the fuel system will be pressurized.
