Okay then it seems your car is getting NO fuel, i'd check lines, maybe you need a new pump, change filter, run the car for codes as well.

Check the inj 1 & inj 2 fuses. After that, check all grounds, ignition module and ECM.

One faulty injector won't keep the car from running; you have eight of them. If it was a $30 module it may be garbage already. My advise is to listen to what Morley has suggested.

If you have good spark, good fuel pressure and good grounds you'll need to get a digital volt/ohm meter and start tracing wires. First thing to do is ohm out all 8 injectors, they should be 15-17 ohms, if any are 10 ohms or less they are toast. Next you need to check the ref signal wire from the ignition module to ECM for open or short to ground. If that checks good get a 'noid light (or 8 of them) and hook it to the injector connectors on the harness and crank the engine. The light (s) should blink on and off as each injector is fired. If you get no lights or if you only get 2 or 3 flashes from each then no more you either have ECM issues or the new module is tango uniform....you DID replace the igintion module with an AC Delco unit..right? If not you just threw away money.

Dammit, the injector was replaced and the car runs like a charm but after like a hour, when i started it again the car was still missing on cylender. I check the injector again and I found two more were toast. Is it possible that after replacing one and run the car a bit 2 more toast at the same time ?? Are they gonna blow all like this ?

Don't replace any more of those injectors! Replacing them 1 at a time is not the way to do it. Go here http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsTPI.asp and get a complete set of 22 lb injectors.
Your old injectors are multec's and they are well known to be a P.O.S.

Don't get the Accels, I've heard lots of bad reports on them. Also i had a set of the Accel 24#'s but they wern't 24#, more like 20.5#, other than that they worked ok but no where near as good as the LS1 Bosch injectors I swapped to.
I can't comment on the MSD injectors, never heard anything at all about them.
See if you can get some Ford Motorsport injectors, they are cheaper than the others and have a good reputation.

Too big. you'd need a custom burned PROM to be able to use them.
You'd need to stick with 22# or get 24# and an adjustable regulator and turn it down to 36 psi.

Order these from Summit they are 23# but should be just fine.
