G20 headlight problem
HI
What can be the problem when the lower lights dont work? They only blink once sometimes when switching upper lights to far-lights.

The most likely candidate is either the switch or the relay, depending on the year of the van. Use a test light to check the power lead to the lights from the switch/relay.
