Ok im 15 years old and i recently got a 94 civic. The 2nd day i had it i noticed the cd player wouldn't play so i took the stereo which was already sticking an inch or 2 out of my dash and i tilted the stereo downward and down came 2 cd's. I thought my problem was solved but it had just begun. My radio hasn't got power back since. I don't know what i did. The radio just wont power up. But about a week ago i was fiddling with it and it came on and went back off. So my radio isnt fried. any tips on how to fix this. All wires that are hooked visible are hooked up that i can see. please reply

Re: Stereo Help Please Help Me!!
Sounds like a loose wire, or maybe broken wire. You also might want to check out the fuse under the dash.

you either have a broken wire an its grounding or radio fuse is blown most stereos dont get fried because some have a fuse on the back of the stereo but if they dont ther is always the kick panel fuse box so it never shorts unless you hook it up wrong.good luck though
