'99 Brakes on a '95 Camaro?

Is it possible to use the alum '99 Camaro front brakes on a '95 Camaro? What all is involved in this swap?

I think it is, I was looking around and I dont think the brakes they used in 99 is different from those in 95, I'd try it. BTW I could be wrong so dont go buying 99 parts for your 95
