Unhappy '95 GA wont start

Ok heres the deal

My car wont start. At all. NOthing works. Not even the cigarette ligher so im guessing its the battery. When i turn the key it made a Click click click sound about 5 times then stopped. Im just checking to see if that is the problem cuz i dont wana buy a new battery and have the problem be something else. Also, what kinda battery should i get for a Quad 4 engine?
Thanks very much

P.s Happy 4th of July

Sounds like the battery, however it might be a good idea to pull the alternator and have it tested before you shell out the $$$ for a new battery and have a defective alternator kill it.

As for batteries, your possibilities are many. I am partial to either Sears Diehard Gold, or AC Delco. I don't know much about the new Optima line of batteries people say they are pretty good though.

Re: '95 GA wont start

optima are a higher priced battery and recomended if you are running a audio system but if not just a basic battery will be fine..
