s10 blazer not running

i have a 1989 s10 blazer that will not run i have spark fuel and compression, the thing is if i personally spray fuel into the throttle body it runs mint untill i stop adding fuel to it. i am a auto tech so i am not new to this. today i plan on taking the gas tank out to check for volume hopefully that will be the only problem.... can anyone help me???

most likely the fuel pump so check the fuel pressure.
It could also be the relay, and there is a small chance that it's the wiring or pressure regulator
It took me about 2-3 hours to re-re my fuel tank, and I cursed the short lines all the way

i got 13 psi of fuel coming thru no biggie that's what it is suppose to be at well i got the tank out but now i found something new? white filmy stuff when i pour the tank out i poured it into a clear container it was white filmy stuff on the bottom of the container and pure gas on top have no clue what it is right now i am cleaning the injectors out and the line putting a new fuel pump in anyways and replaceing the sending unit and fuel filter and all that good stuff again!!!! oh ya thw volume was perfect amount so it should run with psi and volume also spark and compression right???? wrong still not running third computer to make sure and i've poured gas into throttle body and it runs mint i got this truck for free sat three years but he said it ran before he parked it

might invest in new injectors. if runs good while pouring in and not with injectors(but having good psi) they could be cloged badly.
