yea you can becuase all keyless entry is is jsut wires and a motor hooked up to circutry all oy ugotta do is cut the wires some were and hook it up into an alarm.

my real question is does the honda keyless entry system have a trip wire that will trigger the horn if you open the door?

What year ?? The factory alarms are simple to install and somewhere around $120

on a 05 accord lxse keyless entry system does it have a connection to hook it to the door pin switch to act as an alarm when the door is opened/

At the connections for the alarm module all of the needed wiring would be present (door & trunk switches) You would need a latching relay circuit.
