1998 sunfire no start.
hello.I got a 1998 sunfire.The person who had it before me let it set for 1 year with no battery.Now when i try to start the car it starts right up and stalls.The head lights,parking lights,dash lights and radio do not work.Can anyone help me.

Check coil(s) and make sure they are not drained. Ignition coils and certain solenoids convert your 12v battery into 25000-75000 volts(depending on your vehicle) to start and maintain certain electrical components in your vehicle. Also if you havent dropped the gas tank or if the former owner didnt stabilize it you may have problems kepping it running until the crap gas is removed or burned out.
