restoration in WI

I really want to restore my 1990 Lumina - any advice? Hubby has no real experience; really would like to hear from someone in the Wisconsin area...

First Lumina restore i have heard of haha.

Also if your going to restore the car, get yourself a set of the Euro 3.1 or Z34 rims. The Z34 rims are 16 instead of 15 inch. So those would be a better bet. get a nice new pair of the shiny rims and you will have one sweet lumina, Dont forget to get it painted Torch red just like mine.

Wisconsin, huh? First thing would be to check and see if it has rust that would make it not worth the effort.
