Why without changing the SC pulley? Technically, its the most efficient and cost effective mod after a re-programmed ECU/PCM

Thrasher CAI, DHP v1.0 PCM,
3.25 SC pulley, CAIT GMAF, Hi-Flow CAT,
u-bend delete, 160 TS, TB spacer,
MSD 8.5mm wires, Autolite 104 Spark Plugs,
Goodyear Gatorback Serp. & SC Belt,
Nitto NT555R Drag Radials

Re: horsepower

just change the pully....why not? anything else would be more expensive or extensive...i would definitely do that as a first step and then do the reprogrammed ECU...

Re: horsepower

You can get a 2.5 from zzp i believe. you'll need to get your snout milled down to go below a 2.8
