1998 dodge caravan 2.4 cyl 3 misfire

I have a 98 dodge caravan with a 2.4L engine it has been discovered to have a misfire in cylinder #3 , Should i check the coil, plug & wire or should my attention be focused on the fuel system ?

Start with the ignition components. They are the easiest to replace and are usually the source of the problem. If the plugs and wires have some miles on them replace them first then the coil. The only other item that could be causing the problem is the fuel injector but unless the vehicle has high mileage that is probably not the case.
