Check to make sure all the connections in the door are connected. Sounds like a loose plug.

If you can not figure it out, then you can at least run a 12v line from your battery to the window actuator and try to roll it up that way.

I'm going to assume that you slipped the new wires for the speakers thru the rubber boot between the door and door jamb. How did you do that? Used a scratch awl or coat hanger to push thru and then shoved wire thru? If yes, you may want to look closely at the wires. You may have shorted or broke the wire. And as KimMG mentioned you may have a loose plug. Also check that the master switch (window, door lock, mirror switch) is fully connected to the wire harness. Good luck, please post your results.

i did put new speaker thru the door in response to XLT03. but how would i know if a wire is shorted and if it is how do i fix it. its seems that the space to look for is too small to really see any thing between there.

"Also check that the master switch (window, door lock, mirror switch) is fully connected to the wire harness" where is the wiring harness located? im sorry. im a pro when it comes to car audio. anything else i struggle. lol. thanks alot for your help.

Wire harness is located behind the door panel. Lift the master switch up from the armrest and the harness should be connected to the back of master switch. Make sure that the connection is tight, squeeze the switch and harness together. Turn ignition switch on and operate windows. My guess is that that is most likely your problem. And you're right about the space to check for wiring shorts. Only other was is to check continuity of each wire and to make job easier you'll need electrical diagram.
