Question about Air Output in Vent Sysytem

I've seen this asked a few times here, and no real answers.

I have a '93 GS, and my Vents just don't cut it. In 1, hardly any air, and in 4, alot of noise and a little air. My fan seems to be fine, and I was wondering if anyone has some reccomendations for this.

are the tubes for the air flow hooked up? only thing i can think of
