I have a 2000 suburban: The AC compressor went out on it. I replaced it and the new compressor went out 4 days later. Does anybody know what could be causing the compressors to go bad. I don't want to put another one in and have that go bad. I'd like to fix the problem!
Thanks Jude |

Re: A/C compressor for 2000 suburban
Quote:
If so then there is metal throughout the A/C system and the loose metal destroyed your new compressor. You will need to flush the entire A/C system and install filters and suction screens to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
