hesitating and stalling

'93 Grand Am, my daughters car has a hesitation and sometimes stalls from take off and or stops. I have changed plugs, oxygen sensor, and put several cans of Sea Foam into her gas tank. I recently had it at my local garage for a brake inspection, ABS light came on a couple of times when my daughter was driving.... she also said that she felt soft brakes a couple of times. The garage put it on the dig. computer and found nothing wrong. They installed a new fuel filter and that did not cure anything either. Any ideas..... Thanks yehaw

Re: hesitating and stalling

Try tapping on the MAF while it idles. Use a screwdriver handle, or rubber mallet, something that won't crack the plastic. If the idle reacts by stumbling, misfire, or whatever, the MAF is bad.
