Center Console
I have a 1999 Cabrio. The center console storage bucket will not unlock. When I insert the key and turn it in any direction, the key slot turns but it will unlatch the bucket. Has anyone experienced this problem before or have any suggestions how to unlock it. I am not ready to take it to the dealer or call a locksmith as of yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

hi do me a favor, insert the key, and push down on the lid as your turning...this should help...if this doesnt work please email me at [email protected] and i can tell you some other tricks
