Well, maybe your talking about newer civic versions
i have a "95 civic with red line @6500 rpm,
do u know the best drag rpm's??

redline is 6500 but fuel cut off is 6800 so u can take it up to that rpm
1st----3.250---0000/6800---34.8mph
2nd---1.761---3685/6800---64.3mph
3rd----1.172---4526/6800---96.9mph
4th----0.909---5274/6800---124.5mph
5th----0.702---5251/6800---161.3mph

Thx, one more thing i installed a
(Short ram air filter) all stock and experincing slow acceleration at 5th is it normal?
or should i wait and put it with more power upgrades?

from shifting at redline?

also, the 5th gear is mainly for overdrive(cruising)...

Yes, and it starts to lose speed.

at what rpm are u in 5th gear when it starts loosing speed.

I usually change @6500 rpm to 5th gear.

ive taken my car to redline in 4th as soon as i changed to 5th it started loosing speed too. dont expect anything from 5th gear other than good gas mileage

I'm thinking of swapping the engine for a H22A,
but i don't know what wait's for me do u have an idea?
and what's the best aftermarket engine mounts?
