1998 dodge stratus overheating

i have a 98 stratus and it keeps overheating. we have tried all the obvious things like the radiator cap, the thermostat, and flushing the radiator. can anyone give me any suggestions???

do your fans turn on????
if they dont u need to change out the wires or move them around for a short in them

yes my fans work. but its too late, i already blew a head gasket...am i'm gettin rid of the car. too expensive to fix
