Rough Idle

I placed 350 engine on my 85 IROC with the orignal 305 TPI, chip and injectors.

I'm having rough idle on stops, and runs ok at high rpm normal driving.

What could be the problem?

you need to install a chip programed for a 350, your engine is running very lean at idle. idealy youll want to upgrade both the chip and your injectors for the larger engine. especially if its a performance engine.

meh, i guess im too soft on em sometimes, but i always hope there is a logical explenation for stuff like this, so i try not to shoot first and ask questions later.

in the off chance that this person really didnt know any better, and actually needs some help, could we maybe possibly make them feel al ittle more at home????/ if you realllly absolutely have to know the background of the word....

lol, its what International Bacculouriate and being a fricken genous does to you, ive written so many thesis papers, and researched so many god auful papers and essays that sometimes ill research a question and develop a five page paper answer before i realize what ive done, you guys are lucky i take the time to size down my posts on here, otherwise id eat up all the bandwidth. think that political post of mine popped out fast, my personal best is a complete 10 page essay, single spaced size 10 font, researched, layed out, typed, and edited in three hours. fun stuff, come to think of it that was my paper on negative media and its impact on crime, i think i had to edit it down to like six pages though......
