keyless entry help
my buddy bought a 2002 Silverado rebuilder and it didn't have any of the key fobs to go with it although the truck is set up for keyless entry. I was wondering if you can go on ebay and buy any fob for that year and it will work, beings he doesn't have the original for any of the #'s that they want thats on the back....

As long as the fob is coded to the vehicle it will work...if you don't know how to recode, or what the code for any particular vehicle is, your local dealer can take care of it in a couple of minutes.

Re: keyless entry help
The FOB should have Lock, Unlock, And the red annoying button the kids push. Check out this link and you can do it without letting the dealer annoy you.
