'95 Ford Escort LX fuse box

My 95 ford escort lx doesn't have the cover for the fuse box and I can't tell which fuses do what, and I need to replace some of them. Can someone help me with a list of what fuses go where???

Top
Left Right

Stoplight--Taillight--Sunroof--none--defogger
20 15 15 20

Doorlock--Seatbelt--Powerwindows--meter--wiper
30 30 30 15 20

Rear Wiperblade--Hazardlamps--room--engine--radio
10 15 10 15 15

There is a 30 amp Heater fuse at the top right corner of the fuse pane. There are also some fuses under the hood next to the battery in black box that lifts up.

My escort doesnt have power windows or a sunroof or anything...is it still the same though?

yes, It is still the same. There are probably fuses there, but just aren't connected to the parts described.

I replaced the radio fuse and its still not working. Could the wiring be bad? or is it something else?

Yeah, the wiring could be bad. Maybe the fuse blew again.

On my Escort the fuse labeled "ROOM" will blow and the radio quits. So, there are two radio fuses. They must do this so you'll have to go to the dealer!
