BCM unit location 1996 /Add oil to AC

I need to know where the BCM is located on 1996 gr voyager. Sometimes my rear windows will open, sometimes the right rear window will only open.

My AC compressor is noise, I was told I might to add oil, which inlet do I use. When adding oil, does the AC compressor need to be running.
