Gauges only work in reverse

Hi there, I have a 91 crx dx with a b16 swap and a 93 integra trans. Anyway, my tach, fuel and temp and turn signals only work in revrse. The car has indiglo gauges also. I was wondering what it could be before i tear into it. Ive been looking around the web for days and cant seem to find anything like it. Help would be greatly appreciated. Oh btw the gauges started doing this after i had the transmission swapped out for the current one.

Sounds like you have the power for the dash instraments hooked up to the reverse light switch.

sounds like a maybe the wire for you reverse lights somewhere in your harness is tripping your gauge wires i would start at this wire and also remove your gauges and before trying anything other than having them romeved try again and the crx fairy mite bless you with working gauges!! good luck

Ill try hunting that down, right after i buy a helms manual! I really dont want to screw it up. Oh, also. Do you guys have any idea why my indiglo gauges only flash once when I turn on the lights?
