Paint issues
Hey all today i got a teg type r, painted it, thought it was dry, but when i clear coated it it went to disolving look and ruined my paintjob, now i need to remove the paint, will paint thinner work??? Or will it melt the plastic? Please let me know.

Castrol Super Clean or 99% alcohol. leave for couple days

'zactly what Jaymes said. Use CSC if you painted with enamel, or 99% isopropyl for laquer or acrylic (you can also use CSC for acrylic, but isopropyl is cheaper and easier to find).
DO NOT USE PAINT THINNER. It will destroy the plastic.
