Hi, anyone know where I can get reference pics for an Academy Benetton B195?

Dunno about online sorry. There is a book called "Behind the Scenes with Benetton Formula One" that has some great pictures. Worth looking for. Are you intending to build it with the engine exposed? If so, be prepared for a lot of scratchbuilding.

I would just do a Google search.

I have this kit as one of many on my 'workbench'. It is not the best, but with a little work would look great. At leat Academy have done this kit and filled a gap in the market.

Yep, I think so same way.
I never have done scratchbuilding, so I won'nt screw the kit up with that
