Pictures galore!! Wow!!!

I'm extremely happy to see that chassis plaque in the FINA car. I had long suspected that #17R had a twin, and now it is confirmed.

GTR #18R was originally the FINA Presentation car, and then raced under one of the Hollywood liveries at the two Brazilian exposition races in Curitiba and Brisalia at the end of the 1996 BPR season with drivers Nelson Piquet and Johnny Cecotto. It won both races and then disappeared. I had long thought that it could be the #39 GTR in the BMW Museum in Germany even though the real #39 FINA GTR was here in the USA appearing at various BMW sponsored events.

I believe that would be the one - not positive on the city though - I thought it was in Munich.

I have heard it is accessible, but that cameras are strictly not allowed. There is this excellent image showcasing the collection though. You can see three McLaren F1s on display there as well as tons of other pieces of history from BMW Motorsports.

Not that I have ever found.

From the reports I have read from visitors - yes, I am sure.

And if you take pics with your phone

Try whatever you'd like - I won't stop you.

Munchen is just the way that Munich is pronounced in German.

I only have two pictures of 18R in the Hollywood scheme (side view with someone getting out and a head on view). Do you have anymore of the Hollywood F1?
