Distributor Gear Wear
If you have a code for cam position sensor check your distributor gear. It turns out that when you get up in miles the gear wears out enough to give the code because the crank and distributor are out of sync.
Read the "ODBII Code P1345 ?" thread, dated 6-29-05, and you'll see why!!!!
