Need Entertainment System Help

I have a 2000 vcp system.
The dealer could not fix my Entertainment System.
He doesn't know whats wrong. He replaced the module in the roof still no go.
The VCR works, but I have a black screen and no light where the switches in back are. The rear radio works. It's like the system has no voltage.
Doe anyone have any ideas, or know someone in the Boston area who can fix this?

I am also having a similar problem with the VCP, I have audio but no video, it was working then one day poof nothing, possible the video cord came loose??
