Tranny Swap

Ok once again im askin this question. some one answered this question a while ago and a couple other questions. first of all thank you for the answers to my questions. so now to the question i have a '97 base model 2.2l cavalier. but its and automatic. i would just sell it and get one with the standard transmission already in it. but money is tight so what i was wonderin would it be possible to swap a manual transmission 2.4l from a z24. cause my buddy has a z24 mototr i his junk yard thats in good shape. so i was wonderin how hard would it be. and again i really wanna take this car to the track because i never see them on any track any where so what coilovers should i get i was thinking about the tein basic coilovers. thanks for and suggestions.
