Question A/C only on passenger side

i have a 98 grand prix GTP supercharged with 3.8L engine. i have about 130,000 miles. i read earlier that someone had problems with the air coming out hot on the driver side and cold on the passenger. my problem is i get no air pressure on the driver side but fine air pressure on the passenger side. the driver vents let cold air out but its like the cold air is escaping through the vent rather than blowing through it. its so bad that i dont turn my air on at all because it doesnt cool the car down even though the vents that do work are cold.

any insights or help would be much appreciated.

Re: A/C only on passenger side

Do you have dual zone climate control or just manual a/c controls?
