cam gears

can any one help me with my cam gears how do they work? are they any good? do you have to dyno tune them? all input will be appriciated!
i ride a 97 prelude

ur supposed to get the car tuned with a dyno to get the maximum results from cam gears

they are pointless without an aftermarket camshaft.

Not true. I pulled a decent 8hp out of em before i got cams. Besides in a H series you can run stock cams and dont really need anything else. Look at the only prelude in the IRDC (am i right?) 500 some hp and he is in the 11's. He doesnt believe in changin the cams.. More reliable . His mechanics words, not mine
